Went in on 2/20/24 and was helped by Garret. All I can say is, he is the GOAT buddy helped me and saved me a lot when switching from AT&T. Knowledgeable and willing to help. Couldnt ask for a better experience. Thanks Garret, youre the man!

My wife and I came in at 5:45pm, 15 minutes to closing absolutely needing a phone. Needless to say, James, Chris and the manager Sam are three amazing people!! They got us a new phone, helped us set everything up, answered all of our questions and was able to laugh and joke and make it a super comfortable place for us. Please go in and see these guys!!! Sam and Chris are super funny and definitely make the time go by super quick. Absolutely loved this and had a great laugh. Definitely recommend this store!!!

My husband and I had to get new phones and change carriers. We went to T-Mobile and got great service. We have made several visits to the office on Omaha because it is close to our home. Kyler has been very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable, helping us learn about several features. It's good to know we can count on the T-Mobile team for help. They are open 7 days a week which is good for us! Parking is plentiful and close to building
