We were traveling from Georgia. We had a transmission issue with our truck. We reached out to the Dodge dealership but they were booked up. We kept tracing leads until we found Quality Transmission. QUALITY says it all. Eugene had to spend several hours diagnosing the problem and he worked diligently to find and fix the issues. In this process he found two other problems which he promptly repaired as well. This kept us from having future issues while on the road. After three calls to area transmission shops during an unexpected breakdown we ended up at Quality. What an amazing blessing that was. An assumed transmission failure ended up being a CV axle failure that had us back up and running shortly after the part came in. Eugene was awesome and went above and beyond to take care of our vehicles and us. Trustworthy and honest all the way to the core. If you have vehicle issues in Rapid City call here FIRST.
