        I was treated great and having filed a claim with my cell provider I had 2 options...new screen replacement with no deductible or a new phone for $100. I asked the instore tech to please give me his honest opinion on what I should do and he did...I got a new screen a new body and a new battery. My phone is brand new and I paid nothing bc of the insurance I pay. Thank you so so much for helping me and doing such a great job!! Customer service and people skills are just great!!
