I do not find them a "company that cares". October 2022 I order the stone for my husband being told it would be in the US by April and placed at his grave site by his birthday late June 2023. I believed them! They did not reach out to me to explain the delay, no, I was forced to reach out to them four times to find that the stone would be ready in late July. July became August and now September is about to come and go and yet no reply from them on the certified return receipt letter that I sent them 3 weeks ago. Yes, I did receive the return receipt a week and a half ago, but no response. Rhona stated there was a delay but now the stone is placed and that it was not Riley's fault. Well, it is! Don't tell customers dates that will most likely not occur. I would not have written the check if I knew it would be an additional 5 - 6 months now before the stone MIGHT arrive this year. Hardly a "company that cares". They were given over $20,000 for a product that they have yet to deliver. Think about that, they are utilizing my money and the interest that I could have made on it to run their business and then they have the gull to ignore my attempts to get a straight answer. They do not commit and they have not shown sympathy or empathy to me and my family. My husband lays out there in the cemetery without recognition because of their inability to live up to their promise.

Riley at Life Song was a great help getting a headstone done. There was a holdup that he had no control over but he kept our family informed with what was happening when he knew something. The headstone is complete and Life Song did a beautiful job! Thank you!!
