It is not a tourist destination and you cannot go there without an appointment. They also don't deal with any type of birds except for large raptors like Falcons Hawks and Owls.
They do offer many different kinds of instructional visits to schools and other groups like for example at a Saturday market or something. Message them on Facebook and they can talk with you online about arranging for a visit with some of the birds.
