I went to Shaina for upper and lower eyeliner microblading and she mistakenly tattooed my hand while she was setting the needle down. She wouldn't do anything to help me remove the mark and said it would go away over time. This was back in 2017 and it is still there! It was also the most painful PMU procedure I've ever had. She did not numb my eyelids and I was crying the entire time. She was impatient with me and said it was my fault for having a low pain tolerance even though I've had eyeliner and eyebrow microblading done with other artists and never had an issue with pain. She changed her business name after I left reviews but this is the same person and business that was literally the worst salon experience I've ever had. Service: Eyebrows
