I had Dr. Perrenoud as a child/pre-teen, he helped me with my balloon phobia. To help me, we went to a race track and he exposed me to the sound of a race car. He took time out of his day to help me and I will be forever grateful.

My daughter was evaluated 2yrs ago. We were seen in office 3 times and I paid my co-pay for those visits. I was contacted in December 2020 that I owed 90.00 for insurance take back. It’s been 2yrs. I believe some of the charges were when I spoke to the doctor over the phone. I had no idea that I would be charged for speaking to him. Yet, they say they were not phone visits but in person. The wife does the billing and has no idea what she is doing. I received a letter stating I would be turned over to collection if the $90.00 wasn’t paid. I am more than furious. I paid it. But will never recommend Dr. Perrenoud or his wife.

He has been a blessing to help my son with his thoughts and needs.

Uses his *completely impartial* wife as a billing accountant and can not correctly bill insurance.
