Relocating from another state, Tristan and his team were wonderful offering insights and valuable knowledge of the area. I found him on youtube, his videos highlighted the area and market conditions. Offering a virtual walk through of properties, and negotiating with the sellers, I was well represented. Questions were answered very quickly, very responsive. The final walk through and closing went smoothly. Q'plah!

I cant speak highly enough about Tristan and the Mindful Living Realty team. As retirees located in another state, we were looking for a property to build our forever home on. Tristan listened to our needs and wants, which often changed, as properties became available. We asked him a lot of technical questions about each property - from rights to drill wells to soil properties just to name a few. If he and his team did not have the answers right off, he found them and sent us the documentation. It took us some time but we finally found the right place and Tristan was there every step of the way. On September 2023, from our home in Colorado, we closed on our new property, a five-acre parcel located in Sunset Ranch. Thanks Tristan and to everyone there at Mindful Living Realty for making it so easy.

We were first introduced to Tristan by his YouTube videos when we were researching Rapid City in 2021 as we were originally going to retire here in a few years. We were so impressed by the variety of information he presented as well as being entertaining. We really got a sense of what Rapid City has to offer! We requested a Relocation Guide which was also super informative and much needed as our life changed and we decided to move much sooner in 2022.
Tristan was very good about following up with us after he sent the Relocation Guide, which made us feel comfortable about asking him about anything related to Rapid City and not just about real estate.
Once we made the decision to buy (Feb 2023), Tristan Amanda, and Mindful Living Team were so pleasant, helpful, and patient with us as we came from another state and the rules are a bit different. They were extremely accommodating with us as we werent sure exactly the type of house we wanted to buy. We sent emails with tons of questions and Tristan was very prompt in getting back to us with the answers.
Once we found the perfect house for us, Amanda helped us with the paperwork on a Friday night while Tristan was out of town. Both of them helped us through the process as well as being extremely accommodating when we needed contractors to come and give us quotes on various items.
All in all, it was a very smooth escrow which attributes to their proactive approach as far as explaining the processes. We HIGHLY recommend Tristan and his team at Mindful Living Reality!
