Ida and her son Casey are amazing! Gold Key helped me and my wife get a house when we PCSd to Ellsworth and also when we sold. Each time they made the process smooth and easy for us and always kept us in the loop of what was happening and always kept our goals in mind of what we wanted in a house and when it also came time to sell. This is a Family owned business and I would much rather work with them then a huge company name. You get the quality of experience and personalized attention without the pushy feeling of a Salesman. Ida is absolutely fantastic! Were a military family and needed to report to our next duty station fairly quick. Ida made selling our first home such a great experience. Shes so knowledgeable and was very straight forward with everything to expect and anything that we may expect. She sold our home after being on market for two days. Our moving process was not near as stressful due to Idas professionalism and attention to detail, and I cant rave enough about her communication. If I could use Ida to sell and buy all our homes in the future I wouldshes amazing! Thank you so much, this family is very thankful.

We were able to effortlessly purchase our home while still loving in Japan. Ida did a fantastic job coordinating everything and having everything ready for us upon closing. She even took time out of her life to constantly check in on our house after closing before we were able able occupy the house. She treated us like family.

Ida is the absolute best! We had to do a quick move and needed to sell our house as fast as possible. It was the first time we had sold a house before and Ida explained everything perfectly! She was always available to answer any questions and is just a great person to work with! She calmed my nerves when things didn't always go exactly to plan.
