        I live at the hainesway apartments and people are constantly breaking into cars, trying to get into apartments. The guard have shifts but it's at weird times so after 4 you can't reach anyone.

      Thank you for your insight. We would be more than happy to have an officer posted at the complex 24/7 to help with these issues. Maybe you can talk to management for us, and get the residents on board for rent increases, so that 24/7 security can be affordable for all. As much as we would like to be everywhere all the time, it isn't in everyone's budget. It isn't fair for you to give us a 1 star rating for being hired to only be there a few times a night.If ANY of our customers need to reach an officer during the day (typically 0630-1600) they can call 605.430.2143. From 1730-0500 the can call 605.593.3343.If an officer can not be reached RCPD dispatch is 605.394.4131 and they are on duty 24/7 365.

      Sorry to hear about your bad night. I would venture to guess that you live in the community we serve with strict rules all tenants are to abide by. If I am not mistaken all tenants are given a copy of said rules. I'm not saying our officers are perfect, but there has only been 1 time they wrongfully had a vehicle towed away, and we paid the towing fees.Don't forget, we don't own any towing services. Most of them have their own set of rules, and if a vehicle is already attached to the tow truck there is nothing our officers can do about that.Now, if you would like to contact us and provide proof that your vehicle was legally parked we would be more than happy to rectify the situation.
