I took two saws in recently that I had badly abused and mistreated. Got them back within 24 hours looking and running brand new. The price for the work done was more than reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the service.

Purchased a riding mower (used) about 3 weeks ago and have had nothing but problems. I filled it with gas and tried to mow my yard (normal yard with normal grass, just a lot to mow with regular mower) and the belts were not on. I tried getting in touch and he blamed my grass for not being normal grass (it is, just a big yard). I replaced the belts the following day, but all of the gas had leaked out. Filled up my gas can and tried again. It worked okay. Tried again a week later to mow my yard and one of the blades came off, I fixed it and started again and the belt came off again. I tried early on to get ahold of seller and gave him the opportunity to make it right, but I was instead blamed for the fact that this used riding mower had several problems. Before purchasing, I asked questions and was told that it worked great and would definitely work another season, however, some questions seemed to only warrant a shoulder shrug or an I dont know. He guaranteed that it would work, but couldnt be bothered when it didnt. Would not recommend. Paid way too much for something that constantly breaks. He gave me his word that this mower worked, but hes a scam artist and his word and warrantee is worth about 2 cents. Do yourself a favor and keep your money in your wallet and shop somewhere else.

The short young guy that works here is a tool and needs to learn how to engage and talk to customers. I came in to get a used weed eater string cap thinking it would be a couple bucks. He told me it was $6 and I said they're $5 brand new at Menards. His response you better go get it then so that's exactly what I did. I walked out drove to menards and bought one. Thanks so much for telling me to take my business elsewhere where they appreciate my money.
