      image I had to make three trips to two locations in two different cities in SD to complete my taxes. I have had my taxes done by the company for 9 years in a different state. They charged me three times the amount I have ever been charged. I called customer service and they connected me to the manager of the Rapid City. She was defensive, condescending and spoke over me the entire call. I did finally get the last two words at the end of the call Horrible experience and extremely costly. Never use the Spearfish or Rapid City locations.
      Why would I call again? You were extremely rude the first time. You don't listen to customers concerns and you obviously don't read the reviews. So unprofessional Karen.
