I contacted Champion Water Systems about a water softener. They were easy to work with and always answered the phone. They ended up also putting in a Reverse Osmosis system. I am so glad they recommended that! It was nice to support a locally owned business too. Amelia did a good job with providing us information to make an informed decision. Would highly recommend!

I needed to replace an ancient softener and expected to have to wait a few weeks to fit in someone's schedule. However, the owner of Champion Water Systems showed up to give me a quote within a couple of hours of my calling. The price was good and I had my new softener a couple of days later.Most importantly, after a minor issue developed ,the owner responded immediately after my call and made the needed repair (on a Saturday!).I am very satisfied with my transaction with Champion Water Service.

Called and made appointment to have softener checked.  Was pleasantly surprised that he agreed to come after others said we were too far.  He came and told us softener was fine.  He couldn't give us the charges while here as his phone wouldn't work.  We get bill in mail the next day for 130 dollars.  75 for service call, that's fine.  But he also charged two dollars a mile both ways.  50 plus dollars.  I am irritated because he never told me in advance that mileage would be charged. 13 dollars for nothing.   Will never use them again.
