    I wish I could give negative stars. This shop came highly recommended by a trusted person, so maybe I got them on a bad day, but my experience here was quite possibly THE WORST customer experience I've ever had. I brought my car in for a sagging door with an air leak & then also asked them to put a handle I had purchased on my back door because the current handle was functional, but pulled out if I didn't hold it in (washed my car & tried to open the door while it was frozen shut). They put a new hinge on my door, which fixed the sag, but didn't fix the air leak. When I brought it back, he tried to adjust it a little but told me he 'spent a lot of time aligning it' so he wasn't going to adjust it any further and I'd have to come back another time. I didn't check the door handle while I was there because it seemed like a simple fix that didn't warrant double-checking, but I guess I should've. I got to daycare & discovered the door wouldn't open. When I called, he sort of scoffed and said, "I don't know what to tell you, it worked for us.' I replied saying I didn't know what to tell him either, but I know how to open a door and it wasn't opening. He told me they were leaving for the day so I'd have to 'bring it by sometime and they'd look at it.' I called the next morning & asked if I could swing by. The guy who answered told me yes, so I dropped the car off & he said he'd need it for a few hours. I got a call a little bit later from the owner telling me they figured out it was related to my power locks & he thought I'd need a new latch. The part alone was $252. I was confused at what he was getting at as nothing was broken on the door or handle before I brought it in, so they clearly messed something up during install, which is not my financial responsibility. When I tried to get clarification, he was very condescending and repeatedly told me to 'take it to my favorite dealership' and they'd tell me the same thing. I said, 'Of course they'll tell me the same thing - because you've already broken it. I'm not arguing that it's broken, I'm telling you I didn't bring it to you that way & you messed something up when you installed my handle. It's not my responsibility to pay for your mistake." He told me he wasn't going to argue with me all day & to come get my car & then hung up on me. I ended up paying $325 for a hinge & paying another shop to fix their screw up (I didn't need a new latch, either....they took apart the existing one and cleaned it up.) Lesson learned & not worth the headache to fight it, but want to make sure nobody else gets screwed like I did. I am so disappointed with the service I received and would never EVER tell anyone else to go here. The two guys he had working in the shop were incredibly kind, but the owner was condescending, dishonest, and rude.

    Our Granddaughter tore the plastic bumper off the front of her car during the last snow storm. Called them up to see if they could help me out on short notice because she was leaving for college in a few days. They said bring it over and we'll look at it. Had it done in a couple of hours and only charged an hours labor. Highly recommend them.
