If I could give negative stars, I would. The owner here was in a business networking group w me so I went to him blindly for a couple years until issue after issue started to occur. Instance 1) came in for routine oil change/balance and rotate. Got the spiel that I should service my 4WD, front and rear differentials and a couple other items. Asked what the total would be and was told, "ahh, no more than $500.". Went to pick up my vehicle and to my surprise, $780! Instance 2) my exhaust was making a god awful sound. I was charged $100 and told a cover plate on my exhaust was removed because it was the cause and wasn't needed.Months later, went to have the exhaust done at an exhaust shop and I had told them I had the exhaust plate removed at one point. They brought me in the shop and showed me the plate had not been removed. Instance 3) I got into an accident w a trailer hooked to my truck. Mike told me he could handle it. He personally met w my insurance adjuster and discussed what needed done and agreed on a proce. When I went to pick it up, he had a $400 bill for me. I was confused because insurance should've covered it. He told me I needed to get that coordinated w themi immediately took the trailer to A BarK in Sioux Falls and was told that 100%, without a doubt, he did not do any of the work he was attempting to bill me for. THIS GUY IS BAD BUSINESS! GO ELSEWHERE!!

Mike is awesome. Was recommended to him by a friend and couldn't be happier. Mike was friendly and honest, got the work done in a timely fashion, and at an honestly great cost.

My bumper was almost dragging on the ground on one side. I was passing through town and called 4 other shops but Perfection was the only one that was able to fit me in same day so I could get back on the road. To my surprise, he was able to secure it instead of taking the whole thing off. Generous guy who won't rip you off.

When I visited this establishment, the owner was the only one there. He was able to quickly diagnose the issues with my motorhome and make the needed repairs quickly once parts arrived.
