I will never do business with Meineke again. As far as the technician who installed that alternator and the belt and the new battery, he did an excellent job my problem is not with him. The manager lied to me, telling me that no one has new alternators with a lifetime guarantee anywhere. And I had to settle for a rebuild alternator, and my lifetime warranty was no longer available, then I called AutoZone and they told me they had them sitting on the shelf, new alternator with a lifetime warranty, and shockingly it was $217 which is 7 years after the fact that I paid $308 for. Secondly he charged me $ $86.37 for a belt that I checked at the Ford dealership sells for 37 and at AutoZone sells for $32. He was going to charge me $75.60 for the extra time it would take to install that alternator belt. But on the original invoice I pointed out that they put a new alternator, and the belt in 1 hours time. He did however remove that charge. I had the feeling he was trying to pad the bill as much as he could. Then he charged me $67.50 to install the battery which two days earlier was tested at being perfect at 12.3 volts nothing wrong with, but all of a sudden the battery is shot and has to be replaced! Just a note here, when you buy a battery from them they install it for nothing. What it looks like is that the manager was trying to throw in charges, so that I would end up actually paying for that rebuilt alternator that he put in.

Seeing a lot of people saying they wish they could give 0 stars for this shop and wish I could too. The staff INCLUDING the manager were incredibly rude when confronted for charging me for a diagnostic test I NEVER asked for and I got nothing fixed because they quoted me $4.6K to fix repairs I didnt ask about and only wanted one thing fixed. They are literally trying to rob you. Do not go to this location. My partner has gone to the 12th street location and never had to pay for them to check an issue on his car or charged an unasked for diagnostic. I cant speak to the service of that location but so ridiculous and I felt incredibly disrespected and like an easy target for them trying to rob.

Oil Change with tire price quote. Nice coupon discount for oil change and competitive priced tire quote. However, they tried to push up sale of spark plugs and coolant flush and other un needed services 35,000 miles before manufacture recommend intervals. To an unsuspecting customer not familiar with service intervals. They are scamming customers out of money they need not spend! Thus ripping people off! Customer beware of unneeded price gouging by their suggestions. I will not return!
