I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the service received from this establishment, specifically from an encounter with Jody in Sioux Falls, which was markedly unprofessional. Despite informing this office of the incident, the lack of a formal apology or any attempt at resolution was stark. The response received was dismissive, merely noting my preference to avoid the practitioner in question for future appointments. Compounding this issue, my later request to schedule an appointment with Dr. Misko at a different location was denied due to the previous incident, a decision that is not only unjust but also reflects poorly on their handling of customer complaints. It is alarming that the misconduct of their staff member has led to my unwarranted exclusion from all locations. As someone who understands the value of client relationships in business, the absence of any effort to address or rectify the situation is unacceptable. A basic expectation of professionalism and ethical conduct was not met, signaling a disregard for client satisfaction and loyalty. This experience has compelled me to advise potential patients to consider alternative providers who prioritize customer care and ethical practices. It is a fundamental principle of service industries to address and resolve customer grievances promptly and fairly, a principle evidently neglected in this instance. I had hoped for a more constructive response to my feedback, one that aligned with standard business ethics. Their decision to instead exclude me from their services entirely speaks volumes about their priorities and client care standards.

Got lip filler done by Kayla for first time and she did AMAZING!! Was nervous going to a new person but its the best filler Ive ever had! She was very professional and made me fill super comfortable, and she was quick!! Highly recommend Kayla! And the gals at the front desk are always super friendly, love JMISKO!

I love going to JMISKO ! The staff is always knowledgeable, caring, and polite! You cant beat the deals they have going on each month. I get my Botox and lip filler done here and would highly recommend them! It is also a very clean and professional environment! Services: Lip fillers, JUVDERM treatments, BOTOX treatments
