        Called & asked when he could look @ our snow blower. He wanted to know what it was doing and offered suggestions what it could be. He said let's look it over before putting money into it. So appreciate his honesty. He found it immediately & didn't charge us for the quick fix! I would recommend him to anyone. So happy with his customer service!

        Huscavarna snowblower was locked up and would not turn over. Jay removed shield over drive shaft and turned shaft with pliers and it unlocked! May have been electric starter not retracting from flywheel. Started fine with rope pull. He recommends not using electric starter. He put the shield back on and no charge. Jay is the guy to take your snow blower to if it is not working. Thanks, Jay!
