When I first called to request a quote for a project the greenscape company had some one sent over the same day I made the call. The individual in question showed up with no equipment to measure the property and at the end of conversation told me they could stop back in and do the measurements later in the week. This did not happen. I made multiple attempts to reach greenscape hoping to get a response but to no avail. This kind of response shows a lack of professionalism and customer service. I spoke with a few other customers they had worked for and this seems to be the case with most projects they work on. They drag their feet and stretch projects out making simple landscaping projects last weeks longer than needed. Do not reccomend using their services. I will be going elsewhere for landscaping services in the future..

Gave us bid of 7,000 ended up ALOT MORE. with NO COMMUNICATION. Had our yard torn up over a month and maybe here 6 days. Used his service 4 years , then scheduled the curbing., he was going to add rock and plant grass where needed, and take sod from yard and relocate in spots torn up. Never did any of that. . communication terrible and very VERY rude. We do NOT recommend his Co. ,. He left many things he said he wd do undone. We were happy to be done with this company!. If you want the best you have to be patient. Greenscapes did my whole yard with curbing , fire pit ,sprinklers and more. They do an excellent job and very professional. I would highly recommend them. Truly worth the wait.
