        *Bed Bugs* Had to check out early due to finding an adult bed bug crawling on my pillow. Tried to just get another room, however was sent to a room that had not been cleaned from previous guest and had no bed linens. I When asking to speak with a manager was told there was none on staff until Monday (this was a Saturday). Hotel only refunded the night I had to check out early and nothing was done to refund for the evening I spent in a room with bed bugs awful customer service for sure! I even brought the bug, in the tissue with blood all over it down to the front desk would not recommend that you stay here based on the bed bugs and customer service.         Absolutely nothing not best about this hotel. Very pleasant front desk both in the evening and the morning. Nothing seemed to be worn or old. Everything worked. Extremely clean. Extra bath linens already in the room. Very comfortable bed Breakfast had a few extra touches. And get this. We had a double queen room, first floor, that had an external door as well as an inside corridor door! So convenient. Noteworthy details: Good hot tub and pool. Working and clean. Not a horrible chemical smell. The room didn't have noticeable condemnation.

        Booked this hotel after seeing the reviews were good and price was very reasonable. It did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was great, delicious hot breakfast. Will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

      My apologizes that you thought you needed to check out. Yes we did not charge you for your second night. If a guest has a complaint, we immediately call our pest control and they do their full check of the room. I am happy to inform you that no bugs were found in the room. Be assured we take every preventative measure when it comes to bugs of any kind.
