        Normally I'd give a good review as a long term customer. Today Great Clips has lost my business. Didnt have the normal gal who usually cuts my hair and today I pretty much left with hair I cant even style. The taper fade I asked for had absolutely no fade or blend on my one side. Disappointed the solution was to keep cutting my hair shorter before I had to say something. Sad part is I'm embarrassed to go out of my place without a hat now.
