We could not be happier with our experiences with State Farm Insurance in Yankton, SD Roy Wilcox office. We have been with State farm for 15 years. We have everything bundled with them, 2 homes, 3 vehicles , 1 Horse Trailer a camper and in our first year we even had our horses insured. We had no idea how that would have ever been needed but I wanted to protect everything we owned since we were getting hit with tornado winds and major storms. We encountered a horrific freak accident with one of our yearling colts. We found him with a slash in throat and was bleed out one morning. State Farm with no questions asked felt the same pain we did when they saw the photos and sent us a check immediately. We were hit with 2 separate storms at our home here in Tyndall, a camper in Hill City and this week our home again they had an adjuster out here, sent condolences and we were paid immediate for all damages. We are currently in the process of another claim with a significant Hail Storm at our home in Hill City. Amy Nelson, licensed staff associate from State Farm in Yankton office has worked with us with every step of the journey, her Immediate response along with going the extra mile to let us know they have our back!! We are so grateful for our choice when we chose this company. We would highly recommend Roy Wilcox State Farm Insurance in Yankton to anyone who is looking for the first time or even to change their current company where they can be assured they will be treated the very best! I love this State Farm. They have the best coverages for the cheapest price. Roy and his team really take care of you. They are more involved than other State Farm offices so you get all the discounts that you may not get elsewhere. I have stopped in here a couple times. This office is nice. I would highly recommend.
