We had been having some drain problems in our basement laundry room and the floor drain. My attempts to fix the issues did not work so I knew we needed a professional. I did my due diligence and reviewed several local companies. Based on what I thought I needed, I called Drain Masters here in Yankton, SD. Gave them the information that I knew and they scheduled me in for that day. They called first and showed up timely. The technicians (Jason and Tom) went right to work. I showed them what was happening and they knew exactly what to do. I asked if I could observe and they had no problem with that request. What an education I got as they described the drainage system for me and what they expected would fix it! Their work was professional, steady, and complete. If you need service and done right, look no further than Drain Masters as they will do you right and educate you in the process. Fantastic service. They moved their schedule so they could come out right away because our drain was plugged and we couldn't even use the toilet. They were professional and quick. I would definitely recommend.

Friday morning toilet wasn't flushing properly and then the shower and tub backed up when I tried plunging the toilet. Knew I really needed help. Called Drain Masters and an appointment was made for that morning. Jason showed on time and addressed the problem with the clog going to our septic tank. Turned out to be a tree root. He worked at it until he got it cut and flushed thru the system. Got info on dealing with the pipe/tree root issue. Also was able to get septic tank pumped the same day.
