I booked an airport shuttle sioux Falls sd to yankton,sd I had to cancel the trip and informed exp Shuttle and asked about my refund two months later and lots of poor business runaround. Now they wont give me the office number to talk about this. Beware of this business. Unethical!

I was upon being released from the intensive care unit they said my ride was here. I was expecting a AVera van to take me from the hospital to the clinic where my wheelchair van was the ride went smooth two blocks. I dont know how it couldve went any different when we stopped I said thank you and started getting out. She says I need some money And I said what She said I need paid for driving you so I got out of the car walked to my wheelchair van, prosthetic leg got my credit card and paid. Come to find out they should not have charged me any money it The ride was paid through the hospital no matter how many times Ive called to get them to reimburse my $13 to my bank account. Nothing happens .
