The Magnolia Apartments

Just moved in a few weeks ago, love the apartment our leasing agent got us! It's beautiful, no major issues. Our washer hookups were switched somehow but thankfully someone came and fixed it next day. We love the layout so much. I highly recommend this place. Sure it's easy to unlucky anywhere but the sweet leasing agents will work with you.

Wonderful customer service and the people are so helpful throughout the entire process. The only things I have a problem with is the tacked on fees, lengthy pet screening for ESAs, and the credit check company they use. I have owned a house for 4 years and never missed a payment, yet when I am applying for an apartment, they dont consider this. In turn, they go off the fact that I have to have a guarantor (because they dont take my shift differential into effect). This ended up giving me a higher fee for move in because I am a risk. In my bedroom I dont have a light or ceiling fan and the toilets in the bathroom are not standard height.

The maintenance got guy was awesome he didn't stop working until he was finished he kept running back until he found the right part and fixed everything even fixed the rubber flap on the bottom of the door going out to the patio very nice fellow very personable!
