My cleaning experience with this company has been great. They first came in to give an estimate and to really understand our needs. Based on everything we reviewed, I was expecting it would come with a large price tag; however their cost was reasonable too! They even order some supplies for us such as trash bags. Arron and Jessica have been professional and do a great job cleaning.

We have been customers of Stratus for almost a year now. As a small non-profit, they worked with us on a schedule and budget that fit our needs. The initial deep clean service was impeccable and the continued cleanings and customer service have not dissappointed. We are so pleased with Stratus!

I have been using Stratus Building Solutions for a couple years now and they are great. I never have to question if they have done the required cleaning, you can always smell that it has been completed as well looks very clean. Even if an issue arises, BIG OR SMALL (which I had only one little, small issue in the past, nothing major) they do all they can and will address the issue at hand Right Away and will not allow you to go unsatisfied. I give this company and all 5 stars because overall they are a great cleaning company that you want for your cleaning purposes. Also, I have to brag about Julie, she is wonderful and always every month ask how they are doing and is there any issues that need to be addressed that particular month... Stratus is the way to go!!!!! Let me also Brag about my cleaner Casey he comes in and gets the job completed in a timely manner and it always smells so good once he is done. All my tenants have said nothing but nice and very satisfied Compliments. He deserves to be recognized his employer and give him a WAY TO GO Compliment!!! Thanks!
