Hands down they did a great job, I went in pain nervous and had a lot of anxiety. The Dentist Swati Trehan was sooo very nice patient and was very concerned, and her assistant thank you because she allowed me to hold her and I am very grateful for them! They deserve 5 stars

My recent experience at Aspen Dental left much to be desired. After eagerly scheduling an appointment, I found myself waiting for over an hour and fifteen minutes before even being seen by the doctor. The waiting area was packed, and it was evident that they were accepting a high volume of customers despite having a shortage of staff. Despite being entitled to two cleanings per year under my insurance plan, I was told that I needed to pay for additional services, specifically hygienist care. This left me feeling frustrated and taken advantage of, as it seemed like a tactic to extract more money from customers rather than providing the services covered by insurance. Overall, my experience with Aspen Dental was disappointing, and I left feeling dissatisfied with their customer service and approach to patient care. It's evident that their primary focus is on maximizing profits rather than prioritizing the needs and satisfaction of their customers.
