        I had an incident with my SPD-SX and took it to Thomas. There was ended up being a bug in the motherboard and the only complete fix was to replace the motherboard which was gonna cost over $400 for parts from Roland. Instead he cleaned out the connectors and made sure nothing was damaged, and the cleaning of connectors got my unit to work at about 80% which is more than enough for me to use. They saved me a lot of money and were able to get me going again with my unit! I would recommend these guys to anyone!
