Horrible. Walked off the job and said they were filing bankruptcy and we would hear from their attorney. Never heard from the attorney, phone number and email no longer work.

Shouldn’t trust this guy he hired us to do a flooring work for him. He end up not paying my labor I did.. you guys shouldn’t do business with this type of people we did the work and he ends up not paying..

I’m writing this review because I truly believe Todd and his sub-contractors cannot complete a job or deliver any type of quality service. I do not want my awful experience with Miller Construction to happen to anyone else. My straightforward bathroom remodel was scheduled to take 7-10 business days. On the 10th day, not a single aspect of the project was complete. I informed Todd of my issues, and he assured me he would send his best guy to finish the job if I would just be patient with him. Several days and negative progress later, I had to fire him. He apologized for my experience and offered to return $500 to me (which has not been sent 9 months later). The only positive thing I can say about Todd is that he collects his checks on time. He seems like a nice enough guy, agreed to the plans I wanted, but never conveyed the message to the workers, who then had to tear out incorrect work. I’ve worked with other contractors who act as the single point person for the job, but Todd directed me to communicate with the sub-contractors (contributing to much miscommunication). Sub-contractor #1 could not finish a single job: hired felons (convicted of drug charges, DUIs, trespassing, assault, and asked me for money); floor tile (uneven grout lines, cracking grout); toilet (not bolted to the floor, wobbly); electrical work (taped wires together), incorrect install of new tub (didn’t drain fully); damage to brand, new tub by throwing tools and ladders in it on a daily basis (scratches and large gauges); a solid week of intense drywall sanding (thick dust all over the house, no drop cloths or taping up plastic); bathroom vanity (left drawers unfinished, installed unlevel); pocket door track was installed unlevel; and pocket door was hung unlevel. “Best” sub-contractor #2 brought in to finish the job: ripped up paint, ripped up trim work, left the pocket door hanging off the track by a single screw. Shower tile workers: splattered Redguard all over the tub and tile that won’t come up, uneven tiles, rough-edged cuts, uneven grout lines, cracking grout, uneven tile patterns, unsealed grout, and clumpy caulk along ceiling and tub. It has taken me months and thousands of more dollars to find people willing to clean up Todd’s mess, literally and figuratively. Find someone else.
