        The room we were in shouldn't have been for rent. Dirty no service disrespected my wife. Very old and outdated. Had to rekey the room daily if they knew this they should bring it to you. Broken fridge which he knew and acted like I was stupid didn't know how to adjust it. Broken first floor ice maker. Carpet dirty and worn

        This place is disgusting. I found BUG EGGS IN THE MATTRESS. When I asked for a different room, the front desk guy said there were no other rooms available so I just asked for a refund. I was there all of 5 minutes, just enough time to use the restroom, bring my bags upstairs, and check that the bed and shower were clean. They refunded me... AND THEN RE-CHARGED ME THINKING I WOULDNT NOTICE. SHADY SHADY SHADY AND DISGUSTING.

        Place desperately needs a infusion of cash. Feels dirty and poorly remoded. Manager did his best to service me. But my wife will never stay here again.

        Rooms are old and has a bad smell. Elevator makes noise. Staff (Rishi and Vicki) at the front desk were very friendly and great customer service.
