Carlos was diligent and coscientious and found the source of a leak other companies had missed. Rocky kept us well informed of progress, findings, and necessary next steps. They completed the repairs on time and as agreed.

I live in Florida, my parents live in Tennessee, I needed to set up estimates on my parents roof in a short period of time. I sent Innovative roofing a request and they contacted me the next day. They came out after setting up an appointment within 24 hours. They sent a tech out to check for wind damage and hail damage. There were detailed pictures of the roof for me to see within a couple of hours after inspection. Explanation of everything that was wrong or a problem was outlined on how they would repair them.The photos of the roof was at every angle. I was presented with the material they were using, warranty that was offered and the process of how it would be applied. How many days it would take and how long they would be out to start. Even though I didn't use them it was a difficult decision to make and I thank them for all they did for me and my parents. I would definitely recommend them for estimates to see if they meet your needs. Thank you Innovative Roofing for your help.
