Dooley Tractor Company and Mr Eddie Bohannon along with his highly skilled staff operate for; lack of a better term " THE BEST TRACTOR AND EQUIPMENT COMPANY IN THE ENTIRE EAST TENNESSEE AREA" without any doubts for certain. They have the best overall selections and inventory on tractors and implements for those tractors. Which allows for better pricing on implements like bushhogs by titan now called ironcraft for certain. My normal sales contact rep. Is Mitch but today he was busy helping other customers so the owner himself found Mr Isaac Bohannon and had him take care of me quickly and Isaac had my Titan model 1205 bushhog purchase handled in minutes and at a great price. Believe it or Not Mr Bohannon has those bushhogs priced to sale since he has many in stock for around $1400. If you have a farm tax exemption. That is a great bargain for sure. So if you even think you may need another great quality Tn. Made titan bushhog in the future now is the time to buy one at Dooley s before they go back up, trust me on this one.
They are full service on everything even ATV / UTV s plus lawn equipment, parts and repair shop for all brands.

On 03/18/2024 My mother sent her lawnmower here to have it serviced in attempt to save me time. She asked them to do a full service.
Among many things, on the invoice it said they checked the deck and deck bearings. They also replaced a little bit over 2 feet of fuel hose.
When my Mom recieved her mower back on 03/20, she immediately noticed a strong gas smell that wasn't present before sending the mower to be serviced (she keeps mower in her basement). She called Dooley, and they came out with a trailer. They admitted that they were supposed to replace a hose, and failed to actually change the hose despite charging her. They fixed the mower and brought it back. All was good because they admitted to the issue and rectified it!
Today 03/29 she began mowing her yard for the first time this season. After a few minutes of mowing the pulley was slung off, taking the belt with it. Thankfully, because of the shield over the pulley, all parts (bolt, washer, woodruff key, pulley) were there. I immediately had my mother confirm that the blade on that side was freely turning, as I suspected it could have been a bad hub/spindle. It was not bad.
My mother reached out to dooley and expressed her concerns. Dooley's service dept. denied the issue possibly being their fault, as they claim to not have remove the pulley. However, on the invoice, the service includes the fact they "checked deck and deck bearings." I personally went to speak with the service dept. and I was told the same thing in person. I believe this was a lie, as I assume they are capable of looking at the service history and their copy of the invoice provided. They did offer to fix the issue at the cost of the parts. That would have been undertstandable in the situation where the part was significantly worn. However, the information available proved that this was not the case, and that this was failure to provide acceptable service.
Update 04/01/24: Was offered a full refund. Upon receipt, I will change review from 1 to 3 stars. This decision from Dooley allows me to feel comfortable purchasing equipment, parts, and other goods from them.
