Park Village Apartments

I applied for an apartment and secured it witAlex before anyone else did. I turned in a year of bank statements, filled out the application and waited to hear from Alexa I sent several texts and voicemails inquiring about the status. She called asking me to send another set of bank statements because she accidentally shredded mine. Then she said she cancelled ny application because she hadt heard from me. I told her I did contact her and she said she had been on vacation. I told her I no longer wanted the apartment because of her untrustworthy ness and lack of professionalism.

Alexis in the office was amazing keeping us informed from application to move in. She explained everything to us and ensured we understood. My husband is disabled and she has placed us on a list to move to a bottom unit. This will be amazing and very helpful for him

Alexa is such a sweet heart. She is very kind and considerate. She works with you and answers quickly. She is very understandable and communicative with you about the apartment and shes very honest. I was able to look at three different apartment units plus the unit I moved into. Not all the units I looked at were available for me to apply, but it does help you see the quality of life. Thats not usually what happens with viewings, which shows how much they care. It was to make sure I had a good idea of what their quality of life is like for different types of apartments. They have a wide variety of price ranges based on the type of unit, which is really nice to have so many options. She does a walk through with you and tells you about the unit. Shes makes you feel valued and you see that she cares! That is great management if you ask me. She helps with times of move in and is willing to adjust. If you like the apartment unit, it is first come first serve. So pretty much once you sign an application, that unit you applied for, no one else can. That way you dont waste money in fear of possibly someone else getting the unit after you applied. Park village really does make you feel like you can trust them. Alexa is honest and that is very important when it comes to a tenant! They have fully renovated units, partially renovated units, and least newly renovated units. This helps for people when it comes to price range. Their least newly renovated apartment still looks really nice compared to many other properties Ive seen. Park village doesnt have low standards even for the least renovated apartments, which is a huge deal and shows they care about quality of life. Park village works with you, not against you, which is how it should be. When it came to the move in, Alexa helped with the dates and times and even adjusted them to when I was available, which is not like other property managers. This makes Park Village easier on the tenants. You dont feel rushed to sign the lease. You dont feel rushed to move in! You dont feel scared that the place will be hell. Park village has their own maintenance man, and they do quarterly pest control. The apartment Im renting is partially renovated and is the only one with a walk in/standing shower!! The bathroom is beautiful, I love how big the mirror is and how lovely the vanity is in the bathroom. I love how spacious the closet is in the bedroom, you can walk in and possibly fit a queen mattress in there, not that I would but that shows how big the closet is. The living room is so spacious and the kitchen is cute. The unit has a stainless steel fridge, which is amazing too!!!! The kitchen has cute back splash that matches the bathroom back splash! Ohh the porch/balcony has space to store things, so if you like outside stuff and need somewhere to put your things, there is a giant storage area right on your porch/balcony with its own door. They have a pool too and its has good times of when to swim like I mean really good times. This place is very peaceful and so is the property manager Alexa! If you get anxious when finding an apartment and moving in like I do, Park village helps calm your nerves with something as simple as trust. That is truly what I need as a tenant and Park village offers that. They offer comfort like it is truly your own home! That means the world to me as a renter. I felt safe moving into this apartment complex more than I did at previous places Ive rented. Communication is so deeply important and Alexa is literally amazing for having such skills! Not many people know how to care and show they value you as a human being, but Alexa at Park Village does!! Thank you so much Alexa! You are the best!!!
