Whole family got a haircut. 3 were intricate and the stylist did great! One was a Mohawk and she cut and styled it, another was a short cut with fade, which wash cut and styled. The third was an align bob which was straightened. The last was a toddler trim. The Mohawk and toddler trim were $20, which for the trim was not really work it. It was finished in about 5 minutes. The adult cuts were $26, that made sense. The pricing was really where it fell short for us. The toddler trim really did not seem to be worth $20. We typically do it at home and it looks just as good, so it was a disappointment to be charged so much with the same results. Overall 3/5 because price is costly. We typically go elsewhere for less with the same or better results. The cuts we are happy with, just the pricing is higher than other places.

Go to Great Clips! The manger herself cut my mothers hair; a simple even out, about 1 inch trimmed. She never washed, or styled. $37 for an inch dry cut that was still uneven. What happened to the express cut for less? The manager spoke to some friend who sat down in an empty chair, never really even acknowledged my mother. My friend sat down next for bangs and she was charges $37 as well. If we would have known she was up charging for trims, we would have never stayed. Seems like a scam by the manager. They should have went to great clips in Athens. They charge $17 for a full cut or $30 for the cut and style!

Made an appointment online the day before. Got there and it was explained to me that the online doesnt communicate with what they have booked. I was told I could come back. Very disappointing. I wont be back.
