Would not recommend to get chicken from here I was here, April 4 2024. The chicken was cold and dry. The staff was very Rude The fries were hot, but were over stated they did not feel the container all the way up they only filled the pathway The worst experience Ive ever had from a kfc in Athens tn

Worst experiences at this location poor attitudes extremely long wait times managers do not car to solve problems efficiently .... saw some poor food handling practices as well

Placed a mobile order and drove all the way from the next city over just to pick it up and they said they turned their fryers off at 7 so they couldn't make my order. I asked what could be done to get my food or money back and they told me I could wait an hour for my food or I would have to call someone to get my refund. Tried calling the help line and they told me it would be a week before I would get my money back. Why would you turn you're fryers off hours before you close and why wouldn't you turn them back on if you got orders at 8? I work in customer service and I would never ask someone to wait an hour on fast food
