This used to be a wonderful Goodwill to shop at. However, the last experience I had was absolutely horrible. Not only was the staff extremely rude to me, but I also encountered an issue with a glass Tupperware I picked up with its original lid. While I was checking out with several items worth $108.00, the last thing they tried to ring up was missing the price. The cashier informed me that she couldn't sell it without a price. I politely asked if she could ask the manager to price it for me because I wanted to purchase it, but she refused and said it would have to be reprocessed. I was surprised by this response since it was just an older Tupperware, not a piece of jewelry. Despite my attempts to reason with the cashier, she didn't budge, and I couldn't buy it during that transaction. As I continued to pay for my overpriced Goodwill items, I left the store feeling disappointed. This experience wasn't just about the fact that they refused to price the item for me; it was the overall rudeness and lack of empathy during the conversation. To my dismay, the manager yelled all this information from the back, making it audible to the entire store. It's disheartening because I have been a regular donor and shopper at this location, but this incident has made me reconsider. I won't be donating or shopping at this store anymore. I don't mind driving to Cleveland or elsewhere to find a better shopping experience. I wanted to share my experience in the hope that it could lead to improvements.

Great store! Awesome manager!! Store is clean and organized "people do rummage threw stuff so overall they do a great job" the prices were very reasonable. I was greeted by everyone as I walked in, and that was very shocking because other goodwill stores I have been to in the area didn't show the same hospitality! Keep up the great work!!
