Athens Family Practice: Pascarella Marty MD

I hear some of the doctors are good but the one I'm seeing not so much. The nurses and the staff are absolutely horrible they can't even respond to any phone call they can give a rats about your health. I have been suffering for a year with tension in my neck after 3 months I was sent to a Nero doc (doctor B) in the same building and they treated me for migraines and that's nothing that is wrong with me so I told the Nero to order me a MRI and she did I have a herniated disk that is pushing on my spinal cord. And also causing muscle spasms in my neck so I finally after taking migraine medication for 3 months get sent to physical therapy for my neck tension an back pain. I finally get a appointment with a Nero surgeon in Knoxville thank God cuz these doctors around athens are worthless. So out of this whole year is what I had to push to get done because this doctor office an it's staff has failed to do. I pacifically told them I had neck tension an when the tension relieved slightly is when I would have a slight headache from the pressure of my muscles retracting. Their a bunch of air heads in that office. Don't expect a phone call back in a week too. Even if it's important. I also found out yesterday that I woke up to vertigo tell me how that came about. So who knows what Is really wrong with me. Go see the surgeon on the 7th maybe he can give me answers that these doctors around here can't. Best of luck if u go here!!

Dr. Hall know her business. She is a very nice doctor.
