We were exhausted when we arrived at hotel & Jordan greeted us with a smile. When we went to our room, we had a small issue & Jordan came to our room & helped us with our issue. Thank you Jordan. This hotel is spotless, beds comfy, shower awesome. The breakfast lady was super nice too. Great coffee. We will definitely return.

Pros: location, right off i75, friendly front desk, coffee maker, microwave and fridge in room, better shampoo and conditioner than most hotels.
Cons: TV didnt work, the carpet was sticky in some spots, doesnt have a restaurant attached or in walking distance for late afternoon meals. Cracker Barrel closes at 9, you have to go down the road.

We only did 1 overnight at this hotel on our way to another destination. We got in very late having driven 15 hours for what should have been at most a 12 hour trip! We were tired, hungry, and crabby! I lugged my carry on into the lobby, Jordan who was at the lobby desk took one look at me and asked how I was. I told him our story and he responded with lets see if we can make your day better and upgrade you, which he did to a King Suite on the highest floor away from the highway (as I requested). The next morning at breakfast, Laura asked how we were and if we needed anything. Then as we checked out, Stacy at the lobby desk asked how our stay was and wished us safe travels. This is what I call amazing 100 AAA+++ guest care as Jordan, Laura and Stacy provided more than service. Their kindness and compassion truly was guest care of the highest quality and each of them deserve a raise or at least a bonus! You can be sure that because of these 3 people, this hotel will be our choice whenever we are in this area. Thank you so much Jordan, Laura & Stacy for an amazing stay even for 1 night at your hotel!
