Direct Primary Care Associates - Athens, TN

I have been A DPCA patient for about a year and a half now, since right after they opened. I injured my ankle overnight and messaged Brian regarding what happened. He called me back within five minutes, ordered an x-ray for early the next morning (it was after hours), discussed methods to mitigate discomfort, and arranged for me to have an appointment with miss Stacy Flowers, FNP first thing in the morning. You won't get this level of service anywhere else. Thanks DPCA!

I just recently met all the associates at Direct Primary Care in Athens. They are charismatic, caring people who have a real heart for taking care of people in our community. The concept of a membership healthcare program is amazing and my husband and I are considering joining in addition to our employer-provided health care coverage we currently have.

Due to Covid-19, I lost my job and health insurance back in April. I suffer from a chronic illness that I was diagnosed with in 2000. I am able to maintain through diet and exercise, but I do have a few medications that I must have to assist me in remaining healthy. To keep my medicine, that I have taken for years, my PCP was requiring me to come in every 3 months for a visit and lab work. This would cost me close to $400 not counting the full price at the pharmacy for my medicines. I was fortunate enough to meet Tim Tatum one day downtown in Athens. He told me about the program with DPC. Hearing about how $60 a month would give me unlimited access to doctors visits, routine labs, covered medicines, and lowest cost on the uncovered ones was an immediate no brainer. I did all the paperwork through their app. My first visit was a pleasure. No waiting. Dr. Brian spent a reserved hour with me learning about my medical history and just me in general. He was awesome. My labs were done onsite. My medicines called in. Piece of cake. One of my prescriptions I didnt need that day, but when I was in need of that prescription, I simply messaged Dr Brian through the app and it was ready a few hours later. This concept that they have come up with puts a whole new spin on affordable healthcare. They checked on me after I signed up even before my first visit and since. I am so pleased that I bumped into Tim that day. DPC has made healthcare the last thing I have to worry about in such a troubled time. Thank you Tim, Brian and the rest of the staff at DPC!!! I am so happy that I am doing life with you!!!
