We want to thank our wonderful realtor Ms Bobbie Huskey. What a friendly, patient & resourceful realty professional. When all was said & done we had equity in our new home! My family of five recently returned to TN from TX. Ms Bobbie had been in contact with us before our arrival. We received listings in advance based on our home requirements. Upon arrival, We viewed homes in Cleveland & Chattanooga but found nothing within our price limit. Ms Bobbie was reliable & available the whole time. Within a few months, Ms Bobbie became our miracle worker! She found us a 3 bedroom home in Chattanooga TN within our price limit. Home included a bonus upstairs room & a large office. Perfect for our large family. The Seller was very motivated. Ms. Bobbie then negotiated a price reduction, completion of some repairs & payment of closing costs. Amazing!!! Our teens love their own rooms & new school district. We are now close to everything but still secluded in an established housing area. We highly recommend Ms Bobbie Huskey for a formidable home buying experience.

Very patient with us, we are difficult to find for. We are both picky and she kept taking the two likes and got us what we wanted. Understanding, negotiated a good deal and lowered the price down right at $5k. Stuck up for us with the Mortgage company and got what we wanted. If you are a cranky old Veteran like I am you should contact Bobbie. If you are a picky lady like my wife and you want your forever home you should contact Bobbie.
