This was just brought to my attention recently. Apparently 1 bad google review in 25 years is nearly apocolyptic. I am going to take this opportunity to clarify a few things and help each other... Things are not always as they appear. I have sold a lot of land. (Look for me on landwatch) I have helped a lot of people find their property and home. Most of my properties are out of range. When I come back in range I have usually 10 or more voicemails. When I try to listen I have new calls coming in. I try to return every call. .. I apoligize if i did not get to you. It is rare. My phone starts ringing at 7 am and sometimes does not stop until midnight. Many of my voicemails are from people that have driven for hours with no appt or heads up that they are coming...? They expect us to leave the people we are already showing that may have made an appt and come meet them because they are sitting at the property.. Agents have busy schedules. We try to accomodate everyone as much as we can. Please let your agent know in advance that you are coming. Thanks.
