Dr. Slack and the staff were amazing! I was in a room 10 minutes before my appointment time and was only there 25 minutes total. Dr. Slack was great in helping me with the issue Im having. 10/10 recommend!

I see Dr.Michael Veale, I used to see Dr. Osborne here,I loved him but I have grown to love Dr. Veale, just the same very caring and professional and I so far have gotten to avoid knee surgery with the Durolane injections and Cortisone shots when I need them for my Osteo Arthritis and Neuropathy pain,he doesn't hurt that much when injecting them in,I highly recommend him,, and Casey upfront desk is a sweetie pie!! It's worth 5 stars for Dr.Veale!!

He is a GREAT doctor, with a friendly staff and easy scheduling. Also, his office is located nearby, so you don't have to drive far! Highly recommend.

I'm sure Dr. Veale is a fine doctor however his follow through is lacking. This is, of course, according to one of his staff members who called me to let me know that my surgery was going to have to be postponed because Dr. Veale dropped the ball on getting my insurance the proper paperwork to approve the operation. When I explained to Laney that this type of issue was not acceptable nor my problem she then tried to change her story saying Dr. Veale was just booked up for the day my surgery was supposed to be scheduled. Again, not my problem. I understand that we're all human and mistakes are made, however as a doctor you're held to a higher caliber than most so for your staff to call me and tell me that you have dropped the ball getting the proper paperwork to my insurance company 2 days before I was told by you and your staff member that I would be scheduled for surgery on my hand is beyond unprofessional. I recommend Tennessee Bone and Joint. Dr. Lee Radford and his staff are wonderful.
