On their behalf, we do wait to cut wire until customers arrive because there can be changes in quantity or in how they might need the wire cut in to different measurements. We do this because of our company policy on No Returns on Cut Wire so we want to make sure that we have it correct for the customer. The time of when it is cut during the day should be when the customer arrives and we should always ask if you need help taking it to your vehicle so we will work with our team.
