I have been to several self-defense and martial schools throughout the country. Unfortunately, only some come close to Lycan Defensive Training. David provides the best services in the industry that you will not find anywhere else. Lycan gives the community a well-rounded mix of martial arts, from unarmed and armed to grappling. I highly recommend Lycan to all men, women, and children looking to learn real martial arts, self-defense or health, and fitness training.
