They were a pretty good company before covid. It seems their communication skills, and actual care for their "talent" have dwindled. There's no real contact by management. Those who really want to work , and give drs notes for being out, are treated poorly, as to those who don't really care, are treated better. I've seen people sleeping on the job, missing tons of days, with no doctors excuse, treated better.
I asked for another position, and they let another Company decide my fate, and let me go for being out a week with a doctors excuse. They would not move me elsewhere to a different location, but gave silly excuses that didn't make sense. I say they, but really it's a he. Thanks a lot, Jesse Lynn.
