They say going pick up and give a time bit yet come early and didn't come back. And still want charge you for it when they WAS SUPPOSE PICK IT UP THW TIME THEY SAID. ANS THEN WHEN YOU CALL THWY WANT GET ATTUIDED. RWALLY NEED GET THERE ACT TOGETHER AND WORK ON CISROMWR SERVICE SO RIGHT NOW THWY GET A 1 STAR. They don't even deserve one star. They are rudest people wver I wouldn't remend them to anyone to go too

If I could, I would give 0 STARs!!! Before my tv broke 2 years ago, I have never ever used any kind of rent a whatever and I NEVER will again. I decided to get a TV from here, and I agreed to all the crazy terms. And the fact that I would be paying TRIPLE the amount the TV is even worth. Thats stupid, but I agreed to it. So.. fast forward almost 2 years later keep in mind I have been paying on this TV ON TIME, over $140 a month. Had NEVER EVER been late on a payment. Christmas rolls around and I missed ONE payment, these people came knocking on my door at least 3 to 4 days out of the week ready to, Im assuming, take MY TV, that I had already paid over $2,000 on. And. I was paying twice a month, so each paycheck the payment came out. Automatically, so never missed one. So the ONE TIME I miss a payment, not even a full month, just ONE PAYMENT, $71 and some change. Again, never missed a payment before, they harassed me over $71!!! That was only a WEEK late biggest joke I have ever seen in my life. So dont miss a payment!! I finally got it paid off. Over $3,000 later for a 55 inch Skyworth TV! I can get a BIGGER TV at Walmart for more than HALF that price. I get it, we all dont have hundreds of dollars to just buy something. But I would recommend saving your money for a few pay checks, go without one for a little bit and just our right buy a TV. This is a rip off. And places like this take advantage of people that cant afford those things. Should be ashamed. I get making money, but come on I looked this TV up, its worth about $400. I would hate to see what a washer or stove or something actually ESSENTIAL to survive would cost me!!! DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!!!

The new district manager and his policy is completely out of touch. The actual staff at the store are great. Been a customer since 2020 and paid off multiple items. Was 5 days late because the debit card we use on auto pay became compromised. Called and informed store, and chose to just go ahead and pay today from a credit card( which we prefer not to do). Get home and see a truck outside with a note on my door. That is embarrassing and unacceptable for only being 5 days late with almost a 4 year positive rental history. Had we known that was protocol now, we would've definitely paid sooner! So to whomever this district manager is, sir you are out of touch and are your way to never having us rent from you again after I make the early payoff on my current items never week.
