Great place to stay for those visiting the South Holston. Owners are easy to work with, and the house is well equipped and comfortable. The location speaks for itself for those there to fish. Thanks to Jeremy and his family for sharing their slice of paradise.

Broken Rod Lodge is hands down one of the best places to use as home base to explore the South Holston River. The lodge is located right on the river bank and during low water you can wade right out into the river to test out your favorite flies on the local trout population. It is very well equipped both inside and out, with all the amenities you would expect from a top-notch rental - great kitchen, excellent bathrooms, comfortable beds and reliable Wi-Fi. The outdoor fire pit was a perfect place to hang out after a long day of trout fishing. Other accessible activities nearby include hiking, mountain biking, downtown Bristol activities, the Bristol speedway and Whitewater rafting not too far away. It's a perfect getaway for everyone that enjoys the outdoors. I suspect this place won't be a secret for too much longer
