        We stayed in this hotel for one night on a road trip. The room was great. Checking in and checking out was easy. The breakfast was simple but nice. I'd stay here again if paying through Chattanooga on a road trip.

        This is a nice hotel. The lady that works at the front desk in the evenings is amazing. Very sweet, considerate and kind. My room was very nice. The location of the hotel was quiet which I loved. My kids were sad that they didn't get to go to the pool our entire stay because they were on spring break but we still enjoyed our stay

        Rm 306, Bathroom floor was filthy, shower doors had mold on them. Room wasn't clean, furniture had rips in cushion, window was open and wouldn't close. Cancelled another reservation I had for this hotel and stayed somewhere else. Staff was friendly and helpful, I did get a lower rate because of the issues but I'd rather have a clean room.

        Happy to be within walking of several dining options Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about area Like the local art scenes VERY HAPPY that they recycle here Would stay here again Rooms: Plenty of drawer and storage space, comfortable accommodations
