        I had purchased some tulips from Raintree. Tulips sometimes wont open, in this case mine didnt. Sandy was very cooperative. She replaced all the tulips that didnt open and actually gave me a few extra. And to top it off she even had them delivered to my home all free of charge. Excellent customer service I would highly recommend to anyone!

        Last minute order. I called 35 minutes prior to close and asked if an arrangement would be able to be completed same day. Sandy was able to start right away and stayed until the order was complete. Thank you very much for your help.

        I came in 30 minutes before closing and was not expecting a custom order the same day. The lady said she could have it done and 20 minutes and delivered on her promise. The service was fantastic and the flowers for my wifes birthday were so beautiful. Thanks
