They need to stop using staffing agencies and hire their own people because staffing agencies taking to much money which makes it not worth working for . HR don't help at all and they don't communicate well there. They don't care about you at all. In the back where they assembling the dumb trucks are the worst. Everything not organized and they all need to be fired for lying to the Japanese people that's visiting to check on their progress. Worst training experience ever they will set you up for failure to get you out of their so you can't take their spot. Billy is the worst supervisor he don't do nothing. bad at communication poor management not professional at all .the older guys in the back that's assembling the dump trucks all need to be fired .they don't respect employees hired through Temps. Worst place to work

The first day I started I didn't feel welcomed. If you black they goal is to get you out . Especially the older white men that's been there awhile. They have a buddy buddy system . No matter what they do they want get fired.they don't care how sick you are .you will still get a point. They don't take account for they mistakes and HR isn't professional at all . Racist supervisors and team leads will all work together to get rid of you if they don't like the way you look no matter how good of a worker you are. They put me in a station where I didn't get to express my skills it showed them how much I know you won't have much of an opportunity to grow there they are terrible this is a terrible place to work.... They let all the white employees get away with anything if you are black employee there are less lenient..
